THESE TERMS OF USE (THESE “TERMS”) REPRESENT AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND COSMIC CODE LLC (“WE”, “OUR” OR “US”) AND GOVERN YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AT HATIMENERGY.COM AND OTHER SITES CREATED BY US FROM TIME TO TIME (THE “SITE”) AND ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE BY MEANS OF THE SITES (THE “PRODUCTS”). WE REFER TO THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS COLLECTIVELY IN THESE TERMS AS THE “SERVICES.” BY USING ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS.
Services
The website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for the website.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable access to use the Services, including the Products (subject to payment, where applicable), for your personal use only, in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights that we do not expressly grant in these Terms. We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature or content at our own discretion.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular course or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by us or our authorized representative. This also applies to content you can access via our social channels.
Liability
Healing is restoring the natural order of things. In-person and remote energy healing promotes the balanced and harmonious flow of energy in the subtle energy field that surrounds and permeates the body, supporting all of its organs, cells, and functions. By clearing energetic imbalances, the body is stimulated to activate its own innate healing ability. Energy healing can address specific conditions and areas of the body as energetic patterns. The focus is to help balance your energy so that you have the opportunity to feel better, physically, emotionally, mentally.
By booking any of the Services you understand that spiritual healing and energy work are not a substitute for traditional medical treatment. You understand that we are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose conditions nor prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. You understand that the Products and Services provided to you do not take the place of medical care. If you have a serious health issue, please see a medical professional or other appropriate professionals in order to make complementary healing part of a complete health care program. Our Services can complement, but cannot replace any medical or psychological care you may need and/or are receiving.
As the receiver of information and Services from you, you understand that you alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by your participation in our Services, you agree to not hold us liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in life due to such participation at any time, under any circumstances.
Payment
You may purchase access to certain Products through a one-time payment, in monthly installments, or a monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription as specified on the Sites. When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge the credit or debit card or you provide on a one-time or monthly, quarterly or yearly basis, depending on which payment plan you elect.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to the following: fraudulent or potentially fraudulent orders, incorrect pricing, or non-payment.
Payments for 1:1 Services are due in full at the time of booking. Your booking will only be considered confirmed when the payment is processed.
If you show up late to a 1:1 Service appointment, a time extension is not possible past the originally scheduled appointment end time and we will not provide a refund for any portion of the missed appointment time. You are considered a no-show if 20 minutes have elapsed since the start of your appointment and you have not shown up. No shows will not be refunded.
Canceled appointments for 1:1 Services will not be refunded. You are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel appointments. You have up to 48 hours prior to the session start time to reschedule your appointment. Please note that after TWO (2) consecutive reschedules, your appointment will be marked as canceled and you forfeit any money that has been paid us.
Membership payments will not be refunded once applied to members accounts. You may cancel your membership any time and prevent any future charge of your credit or debit card.After canceling your membership you keep access to all members benefit until the end of your current cycle.
Your Content
We may provide the opportunity for you to provide content or materials (“Your Content”) by means of the Services, including by commenting on blog posts, by communicating with us directly, or through other forms. You grant to us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, assignable, transferrable, right and license to reproduce, display, perform, transmit, modify, publish, create derivative works from and otherwise use Your Content in any formats or media now known or hereafter devised, in connection with our provision or promotion of information products or services.
User Representations
By using the website, you agree that:
- all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
- you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
- you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
